3 cups rolled oats
1 cup wheat germ
1/2 c chopped walnuts (I omit these)
1/2 c raisins
1/2 c dried cranberries or dates
1/4 c sesame seeds (I omit these)
1/4 c maple syrup (use pure maple syrup)
2 Tbsp molasses
1 tsp cinnamon
Preheat oven to 300. Combine all ingredients (except fruit) in a large bowl and mix thoroughly. Transfer to a 9x13 inch baking dish. Bake, turning often with a spatula, until mixture is golden brown, about 25 min. Becareful to not burn. Once cooled add fruit. Can double, but use a bigger dish - like a large cookie sheet with sides.
