How Do I Copy/Paste In An Email?

Internet Explorer for PC:

  • Right click and choose Copy/Paste
    -or-
  • Ctrl + C to copy and Ctrl + V to paste
    -or-
  • Use Internet Explorer’s Edit Menu (at the top of the page)
    -or-
  • Use the Cut/Copy/Paste buttons on the Editor

Any of these ways will paste your text and keep the formatting (font, size, alignment). If you try to paste text that is formatted with a font other than what is supported by email programs, it will change the font to one that is supported.

Note: If you use the ‘Paste From External Source’ button on the Editor, it will paste your text, but will not keep any of the formatting (font, size, alignment).


Mozilla Firefox for PC:
