If you are hosting an event that requires your guests to buy a ticket, sponsor a walker, or buy a t-shirt, your guests can pay for these items online at the time of registering for your event with a credit card or a check!
Your organization sets up a merchant account through Ministry Sync and Stewardship Technology (ST). When funds are donated on a Walker page, the transaction goes through Stewardship Technology and within 5 business days, it gets deposited directly into your organization's bank account. The deposit report on the back-end is where your organization can track all the deposits, as well as who gave each donation and to which walker.
If a guest chooses to pay by check, he will mail the check directly to your ministry. You can record these 'off-line' payments on the back-end very easily.
