If the folder is not empty, its contents
will be moved to the next folder in line. This means that if the
folder you are deleting was inside another folder, then after you
delete it, its contents will remain inside that outer folder.
If
the folder you’re deleting is not empty and is not inside another
folder, its contents will consequently have no outer folder to move
to. So the contents will no longer be grouped together in a folder.
Instead
these inner groups and folders that make up the contents will be listed
individually (and alphabetically) under Groups. If any of these inner
folders had contents in them, the contents would remain inside them.
- Click on the icon next to the folder (or sub-folder) you want to delete (down arrow on bottom bar).

- Click on the recycling can icon (tiny recycle can in second image).
- A notification box will ask if you are sure you want to delete this folder. Click OK.
