You may need to merge groups together if two table hosts decide to combine their tables into one.
Additionally,
there is probably a seating limit per table at your venue (usually
ten). Before you start your table chart, you’ll want to merge small
groups together or split large groups apart in order to have groups of ten.
In merging two groups together, you will actually delete one group by moving its guests to the other group.
- Under Groups, place checkmarks next to the two groups you would like to merge.

- The two groups will appear together on the Registration Details screen.
- Click the Delete this Group icon (recycling can icon) next to the title of the group which you want to delete (purple circle).
- A notification box will appear to ensure you want to delete this group. Click OK.
- A
notification box will appear to let you know this group is not empty.
It will ask you to select the group you would like to move these guests
to. Click OK.
- Click on the title of the other group (red arrow).
- You can rename the title by clicking the Edit this Group icon to the right of the title (red circle).
- Type in the new title and click Save.
