You can see which Admin Users and which Table Hosts have sent out
invitations. You can see how many invitations they’ve sent, what email address they were sent to, how many people responded,
and how many people have not responded.

When you click "Invited Members", you will see a detailed listing of how many emails have been sent by each user:

This column shows who sent invitations; click on a person's name to access his Person Profile. |
| Invites Sent |
This column shows how many invitations each inviter sent. |
| Responded |
This column shows how many of the invitees have responded to the invitation. |
| Not Responded |
This column shows how many of the invitees have not responded to the invitation. |
| Returned |
This column shows how many invitations were returned (an invalid email address is one reason that an email can be returned). |
| Show All Invite Details / Hide All Invite Details |
Click this button (triple gray triangle) to display all invitation details for all inviters. The button will then change direction and become titled "Hide All Invite Details". Click the button again to return to the original state, as pictured above. (See below for more information.) |

When you expand details for one or more inviters, your screen will look like this:

Click this button to send another invitation to the selected individual(s). |
| Send Email |
Click this button to send an email to the selected individual(s). |
| Select: All-None-Responded-Not Responded-Unread-Opposite |
Click one of these options to place a checkmark by those in the list that meet the criteria. |

Click a checkbox next to a person's name to select or de-select him; then, you can click Invite Again or Send Email. |
| Status |
This column shows you if the invitee has responded to your invitation. See below for a more detailed explanation of the symbols that can appear here. |
| Recipient |
Click on a recipient's email address to send him an email. |
| Sent Date |
This column displays the time that the invitation was sent (this column will state 'Queued' for several minutes, indicating that the email is being prepared to be sent). |
| Tracking |
This column tracks how many times an email has been read by the recipient (when the Sent Date column says 'Queued', this column will say 'Not Yet Sent'). Occasionally, this column will contain 'Action Needed', which means that Ministry Sync received a response from the recipient's email program (click on 'Action Needed' for more information). |
| Response Time |
This column displays the amount of time (from Sent Date) that it took a recipient to respond to an invitation. This column remains blank until the recipient responds. |
| Invitation Detail (red envelope) |
Invitation details are available for every invitation sent. Click on the red envelope for more details about the invitation, including the note included in the original invitation. |

One of these symbols will appear to the left of the recipient's email address:

The email has been read, but the recipient has not yet responded. You can manually change an invitation to 'Responded' by clicking on this icon. (If a guest responds to an invitation without clicking on the registration link inside the invitation, you can change the status by clicking here.) |

The recipient has responded to the invitation. |
| Airplane |
The invitation has been sent, but the user has not yet read it. You can manually change an invitation to 'Responded' by clicking on this icon. (If a guest responds to an invitation without clicking on the registration link inside the invitation, you can change the status by clicking here.) |
| Red X |
The email has been returned (one reason for this is an invalid email address). |
