Once you have the laptops set up at the check-in stations on the day of your event, you need to access the
Live Check-In feature.
To access
Live Check-In:
- Log in to your Ministry Sync account and click on your event.
- Click on Attendance.
- Click on Live Check-In under “Barcode Attendance Tracking.”
- The first time you access Live Check-In you will be asked to set the table limit. This number can be changed at a later time, if necessary. Click here to learn how to reset the table limit.
Once the table limit is set, the “Live Event Check-In” screen will be displayed, as shown below:

Maximize this screen so that it is the only screen that is seen by your registration volunteers.
