How To Save A Search And Retrieve A Saved Search

How to save a search

When you are satisfied with your Search Results, you might want to save the search so that you can run the very same search again.

Saving your search means that you do not have to re-define the filters, fields, or sort orders each time you want to run the search. All of these factors will be saved with the search.

  1. Click on the Save button. It is located in the upper right-hand corner of the Search Registrations screen.
  2. In the window that appears, enter a descriptive name for your search.
  3. Click OK.
  4. Note that the top left-hand portion of your screen now says: Search Name: (your new search name)


How to retrieve a saved search

You can re-run a saved search at any time. Keep in mind that the results of your search will likely change if new people have registered or cancelled.

  1. At the bottom of the Search Filters area, you will see “Load saved search”, followed by a list box that contains all of your saved searches.
  2. Click on a search name in the list box.
  3. The search results for your selected search will be displayed.
  4. Note that the top left-hand portion of your screen now says: Search Name: (your search name)
