Send Email: This button is the same as the Send Email button at the bottom.
Print: Click here to print the email.
Find and Replace:This feature allows you to find everywhere certain words appear and replace them with words of your choice.
Cut/Copy/Paste:(Not Pictured) These buttons are only available in Internet Explorer. See How Do I Copy/Paste In An Email? for help copying/pasting in Internet Explorer and Firefox.
Paste from Word:Any text pasted using this button will be inserted as ‘plain text’, any formatting will not be kept (ie: bold, centered, underlined). You must re-format the text using the email Editor. See How Do I Copy/Paste In An Email? for help pasting with formatting.
Undo: Pressing this button will undo the last function performed.
Redo:If you pressed Undo, you can press Redo and it will reinstate whatever function you just Undid.
Insert Table:Click here to insert a table. You choose the size, border, and number of rows and columns.
Table, Row and Cell Properties:Click within the table you created. Click this button to make adjustments to your table, row, or cell.
Add Row:Click this button to add a row in your table. You have the option to insert it above or below the row your cursor is in.
Delete Row:This will delete the row of your table that your cursor is in.
Insert Column: Click
this button to insert a column in your table. You have the option to
insert it to the left or right of the column your cursor is in.
Delete Column: This will delete the column of your table that your cursor is in.
Merge Cell with Another Cell:Click on one of the cells you want to merge. You have the option to merge it with the cell to it’s right, or the cell below it.
Unmerge Cell:If you merged two cells together, you can click this button to undo it. (Your text may not go back to the original cell.)

Insert an Emoticon:Click here to insert various emotion faces.
Horizontal Line:Click here to insert a line across your email.
Insert/Edit a Hyperlink: See How Do I Add A Hyperlink To A Website Or Email?
Link to a Document: See the “Hyperlink” section under How Do I Send Attachments?
Insert/Edit a Bookmark:There is no need to use this button for emails. It is used to bookmark and link to sections in large documents.
Special Characters:Click here to insert special characters, letters, and symbols.
Format:You can use headings to keep the layout of your page consistent.
Font:You can select font types from this drop-down menu. Only font types that are supported by email programs are available here.
Size: You can select your font size here.
Bold:Click here to bold your text.
Italic: Click here to italicize your text.
Underline:Click here to underline your text.
Align Left:Click here to left justify your text.
Align Center: Click here to center justify your text.
Align Right:Click here to right justify your text.
Justify: Click here to full justify your text.
Numbering: Click here to create a numbered list.
Bullets:Click here to create a list of bullet points.
Decrease Indent:This will move the text incrementally to the left.
Increase Indent:This will move the text incrementally to the right.
Font Color:Click here to select a font color.
Highlight:Click here to highlight your text.
Design: This view allows you to create the body of your email using the Editor.
HTML Code: This view allows you to create the body of your email using HTML code.
Preview: This view allows you to preview the body of the email as the recipient would see it (The Preview Email button will allow you to preview the entire email: body and background graphics.)
