How To Create Nametags For Selected Registrants

The Creating Nametags In Ministry Sync page shows you how to (almost) instantly create nametags for all of your registered guests.

We have also developed a way for you to create nametags for some of your registrants! Nametags can be created for any guest except those that are Cancelled or Declined.

To create nametags for selected registrants:

  1. In the Registration Manager, check the boxes next to the guests for whom you would like to create a label.

  2. (Scroll if needed to the very bottom of the Registration Details screen.)

    In the What would you like to do? selection box, select Create Labels.

  3. Your label(s) will be created into a .pdf file, and a message will confirm this:



    Click OK.

  4. Notice that underneath the What would you like to do? selection box, an additional area is displayed which shows the currently-selected label and the starting position. The labels that were just created for you are based on this selected label and starting position.

    Ministry Sync keeps track of the starting label position, so that the next time you print labels, you can use the same label sheet.

    If you would like to choose a different label template click the Choose Label... button; if you would like to select a different starting position, select it from the available choices. Then click Go to create a new .pdf file.

Notes:
  • You cannot customize a label template from this point in Ministry Sync. If you would like to make changes to a label template, see the link below for customizing your nametags.

  • After registering someone to your event, you will be able to generate a nametag for that person in the same way shown here.
