Guests who are not assigned to a Group are kept in Unassigned Members.
Although
Unassigned Members didn’t request to sit with any particular Group,
they may have other Guests they’d like to sit with. If so, they can
fill out the Seating Request field on the registration form (see below).
Unassigned
Members who want to be kept together can be assigned the same Party
Number which would ensure they don’t get split up while being moved
around (see below).
Guests can be assigned directly to a Group. The Group may have a Host. Multiple Groups can be kept together in a Folder.
Within the Group, smaller groups of people can be kept together using the Party Number System (see below).
Once a Guest has been assigned to a Group, you can no longer see their Seating Request.
Guests can fill out the Seating Request field on the registration form to indicate with whom they would like to sit.
This
will flag the account for your staff to move these people to the same
Group and/or give them the same Party Number (see below).
Once
a Guest has been assigned to a Group, you can no longer see their
Seating Request, their group placement overrides their Seating
Request. If you move the Guest to Unassigned Members, their Seating
Request will reappear.
Note: This is an optional field, you do not have to include it on your registration form.
Guests can be kept together using the Party Number System.
People
who want to be kept together should be assigned the same party number.
Having the same Party Number ensures that they won’t get split up while
being moved around.
