From the
Registration Details screen, click on a person’s name to access the
Person Profile page. The
Contact Information section of a Profile consists of Phone Numbers and Email Addresses.
When you change information in this section, it will update this person’s account to all events he is registered.
Phone numbers
You are not limited in the amount of phone numbers you can have assigned to a person; however, only
one number can be designated as the
Primary Phone Number. The primary phone is the main number that shows on most search results
and is considered to be the main contact number for this person.
Adding a Phone Number:
- Click the Add Phone Number icon (yellow paper icon in top dark blue bar).
- Enter the number number (it is optional to select a "Description").
- Click Save.
Editing a Phone Number:
- Click the Edit Phone Number icon (white paper icon; purple arrow).
- Make changes.
- Click Save.
Deleting a Phone Number:
- Click the Delete Phone Number icon (recycling can icon; green arrow).
- Click OK to confirm the delete.
Email Addresses
You are not limited in the amount of email addresses you can have assigned to a person; however, only
one email can be designated as the
Primary Email Address. The primary email is the main email that shows on most search results
and is considered to be the main contact email for this person, and it is indicated with a check in the box next to it.
Adding an Email Address:
- Click the Add Email Address icon (yellow paper icon in top dark blue bar).
- Enter the email address (it is optional to select a "Description").
- Click Save.
Editing an Email Address:
- Click the Edit Email Address icon (white paper icon; purple arrow).
- Make changes.
- Click Save.
Deleting an Email Address:
- Click Delete Email Address icon (recycling can icon; green arrow).
- Click OK to confirm the delete.
