Registration Manager Overview




Event List:

Click on any past or upcoming event to view the database for that event including the registrants and their attendance status as well as forms, email templates, and seating charts.







Viewing Options:

Hide/Show Staff - Hiding Staff will hide any Ministry Sync user who is registered as guest or host for this event.
All Members - Everyone who is registered (minus cancelled)
Assigned Members - Registrants who are assigned to a group
Invited Members - Tracks electronic invites that were sent
Cancelled Members - Registrants who are cancelled
Unassigned Members - Registrants not assigned to a group




Groups:


In a dinner setting, this is a table. In a golf setting, this is a foursome. For a hike this could be walkers, locations, or starting points. A group contains registrants. A group can have a host registrant who is given the ability to register others to his group. Click on any group title to see the people registered in that group. Multiple groups can be put together in a folder.

Print Group Hosts The first icon allows you to print a list of group names and hosts.
Toggle Layouts The second icon allows you to view layouts.
New Group The third icon is for adding a new group.
New Folder The fourth icon is for adding a new folder.
Refresh Statistics The next icon refreshes the list of groups and folders.
Expand All Folders The last icon allows you to expand/collapse all folders.


Table Chart:

Click here to create and edit your seating chart for your event.

Template Setup:

Click here to edit templates for registration forms, emails, notifications, confirmations, and login pages.

Send Email:

Click here to send emails to people in the database.

Export Data:

Click here and choose the fields you’d like to export to Excel or view in a spreadsheet on-screen.

Attendance:

Click here to track attendance the day of your event.

Search:

Search for a person or information in other data fields.

Invite:

Click here to email electronic invitations.

Add Host:

Click here to register a group host.

Register Person:

Click here to register a guest.
