Recover FundEasy Login

Recovering a forgotten username can be done directly from the participant's FundEasy page and also from your column browser.

From the Column Browser, click on the participant's name then scroll down to the FundEasy Login & Password Reset section. You can confirm the participant's username and also click the link to send them the password reset email.

Username and Password


Participant's can confirm their username and reset their password from their pages following the steps below. This information is also in the help section on their FundEasy page.

First click on the log in link in the upper right hand corner of your FundEasy page. If it says you are logged in but you don't see the yellow buttons to edit your page, click "Log Out."

To recover your Username from your FundEasy page, click on the "Forgot Username" link.

Next enter your email address in the username box.


Enter Email Address


An email will be sent to you with all the usernames that are associated with that email address. You may find that you've logged into this page with the wrong user name. We suggest using the same username every time you set up a FundEasy page for yourself.

To reset your password, click "Forgot Password".

Enter your User Name in the box.


Enter User Name


A link to reset your password will be sent to the email address attached to that user name.
