You can keep people together by placing them in a Group. The Group can have a leader called a Host. Multiple Groups can be grouped together in a Folder.
One way to keep people together is by putting them into Groups.
In a dinner setting, a Group would be a table.
For a walk, people could be grouped based on who their walker or recruiter is or what location they’re walking at.
For a golf outing, a Group would be a foursome.
Hosts
are the leaders of the Groups. Hosts are able to
Add/Edit/Delete/Invite people to their table. A Group does not need to
have a Host.
In a dinner setting, a Host would be the table host.
For a walk, the Host could be the walker or recruiter.
For a golf outing, a Host could be the leader of the foursome.
You can keep multiple Groups together in a Folder.
You
may have multiple Groups coming from the same church. You can put the
Groups together in a Folder named after their church.
For a walk, a Folder could be the walk location and all Groups walking at that location would be put into that Folder.
