Understanding Layouts

Ever wished you could go back in time to your original groups after merging groups together before your event? Or, have you ever wished you could experiment with the arrangement of your registrants without changing the "real" data?

Now you can! Layouts allow you to create brand new configurations of groups and hosts without affecting your current group setup.

Every event has an "original" layout, and this should be preserved to contain your data as it exists before merging and changing groups. You can add new layouts, and each layout can represent a different scenario or combination of groups and hosts.

Each layout has its own:

  • Set of Groups
  • Group Hosts
  • Table Chart
  • Attendance Records
  • Set of Reports

To get started using layouts in your event, click on the Toggle Layouts icon in the Viewing Options column.
