The Host Manager is your personalized online webpage that allows you to manage your table (or foursome, or group of walkers).
The Host Manager allows you to see who is sitting at your table. You can invite guests by sending them electronic invitations, send email, register guests to your table, and cancel guests.
You have access to your Host Manager through the Host Information Email that was sent to you at the time that you were registered as a host to your event. If you are in need of this email, you can contact the coordinator for your event, and ask them to email you a copy of your Host Information Email.
Your email will be titled
Table Host Instructions: [ Your Event Name ] .
The main item contained in the Host Information Email is a large button called
Manage My Table.
The picture below shows what the main body of a typical Host Information Email looks like (your graphic will be at the top of the email):

Click
Manage My Table, and the
Host Manager will open.
