Registering A Group Host

Registering a Group Host is no different than registering a normal guest. The only difference is that after the registration is complete, the guest is automatically promoted to host status.

If someone registers as a guest and later wants to become a host, you can manually promote them from guest to host status.

Admin Site in Ministry Sync

  1. Click on the event title under Upcoming Events.
  2. Click on the Add Host link in the menu bar.


  3. Fill out and submit the registration form.

Public Registration

  1. Direct the host to your website.
  2. Have them click on the registration link.
  3. On the registration form, have them check “Yes, I would like to be a Table Host.”



  4. Have them complete and submit the form.

Note: This is an optional field, you do not have to include this on your registration form if you do not want hosts to be able to register themselves.
