The barcode scanners will help you quickly and efficiently check in
your guests. To ensure a speedy check-in we recommend the following
tips.
Barcode Scanner Stands
When
you set up your barcode scanners the day of the event, be sure to use
the stands. When the scanner rests in the stand, it automatically
triggers the scanner beam and enables hands-free scanning.
Barcode Scanner Setup
Remember to bring Page 5 of the the Scanner Setup Packet.pdf (attached below) with you on the day of the event so that when you plug in your scanners, you can quickly run the scanner through the barcode setup to ensure that your scanners will work correctly on the night of the event.
