If a guest’s church is not listed in the
drop-down menu on the registration form, a guest can type in his
church name and it will automatically be added to the menu.
You can also manually add churches to the menu without using the registration form.
There are two reasons why you might need to manually add a church:
- You want to have it included in the menu of churches on the registration form.
- You
are manually entering a church for a guest who did not enter one when
they registered, and his church is not listed in the menu.
Adding a church to the menu
- Click on the name of any guest in your event.
- Make a note of this guest’s current church.
- Click [ Add New ].
- Fill out the new church’s information.
- Click Save Church Information.
- Change this guest’s church back by selecting his original church from the menu
- Click Change Church.
Adding a new church for a guest
If a guest does not have a church selected and his church is not
in the church drop-down, you can simply add the church and assign it in
one step.
- Click on the name of the guest.
- In the Church Information section, click [ Add New ].
- Fill out the new church’s information.
- Click Save Church Information.
